Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting is expanding its AI capability with two experienced AI Engineers to stabilise the live Transcribe service and extend capabilities for transcript from uploaded audio, anonymisation, and AI-driven summarisation.

You will work closely with engineers, product teams, and delivery leads to improve reliability, scalability, and governance of AI workflows across the service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled applications in production.
• Experience in speech-to-text or transcription pipelines.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation workflows.
• Experience designing AI pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of API integration and microservice architectures.
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• AI Service Development: Improve and extend the live Transcribe service, focusing on AI components.
• AI Integration & Capabilities: Enable transcript summarisation via API and reuse existing capabilities.
• AI Engineering Practices: Strengthen AI pipeline patterns and include Responsible AI controls.
• DevSecOps & Operational Maturity: Improve CI/CD, testing, and deployment for AI services.
• Knowledge Sharing & Engineering Resilience: Document systems and share patterns to reduce single points of failure.
