Job summary

Remotestar is seeking an AI Engineer with 5+ years of software experience to join the UK team. You will apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted workflows to translate requirements into production‑ready features.

Work closely with product and engineering to deliver high‑quality capabilities, evaluate emerging AI tools such as Dark Factory, and drive development using modern practices, testing, and debugging. Experience with mobile is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Dark Factory.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, testing, and debugging.

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience who has hands‑on expertise in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and modern AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI-powered development tools and building applications.
