What You’ll Be Doing

• Building & integrating AI models: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that make a real difference.
• Optimising & improving performance: Test, refine, and scale AI models to ensure smooth operation.
• Research & innovation: Stay ahead of AI trends, explore new models (LLMs, NLP, etc.), and introduce fresh ideas.
• Collaboration & strategy: Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Communication & leadership: Simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences and help upskill teams in AI technology.

What They’re Looking For

• Solid AI/ML experience with strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Strong back-end engineering skills (Python or Node.js); experience with React or front-end development is a bonus.
• Experience deploying AI models into real-world applications.
