Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is expanding its AI engineering team in London, building scalable AI systems for millions of members across global clients. The role blends software engineering, ML, and operations in a cross-functional setting, with a DevOps mindset and a focus on delivering reliable, high-performance solutions.

You will collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to ship high-quality software at a frequent cadence, balancing innovation with cost and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/C#/Java/Go).
• Experience with Gen AI tools (LangGraph, CrewAI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
• Experience building scalable, reliable AI systems.
• Understanding of ML fundamentals and LLM challenges (prompt engineering, latency, cost).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC (Terraform).
• Hands-on with DevOps/Infra tooling (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience building distributed systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL datastores.
• Experience building agents/workflows (autonomous/multi-agent).
• Fluent in English (C2).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and monitor AI systems at scale across the business.
• Collaborate with product, data and platform teams in cross-functional squads.
• Adopt a DevOps mindset, run it, and ensure quality via automated testing and metrics.
• Evaluate and choose cost-effective, timely solutions for tasks.
• Stay curious and passionate about AI engineering and enterprise-grade products.
