What You’ll Do:

• Drive the evolution of next-gen LLMs by pre-training and fine-tuning foundational models, managing large-scale datasets, and leading experiments to enhance model efficiency and scalability.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of front-end and back-end technologies for a feature-rich, user-friendly platform.
• Create and maintain responsive, intuitive web interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to push AI boundaries.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong background in frontend development using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Skilled in managing large databases like PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with LLM libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Ollama.
• Driven by a passion for AI innovation and solving complex challenges.
