Job summary

Searchability® is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and build production-ready AI solutions for a large UK organisation investing in AI/ML. The role involves hands-on work across Generative AI, Agentic AI and machine learning to deliver measurable value.

You'll develop intelligent automations, RAG solutions and multi-agent workflows using the Microsoft AI ecosystem, collaborating with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to move solutions from concept to production in a hybrid environment with

Qualifications

Hands-on experience designing, building and deploying AI or ML solutions into production.
Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) experience.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI agents, multi-agent workflows or orchestration.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering maintainable production code.
Understanding of cloud security, scalability, resilience and observability.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders.
