Job summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and scale Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions for global customer-facing products.

You will collaborate with Product, Platform and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI systems, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered applications at scale, shaping the future of AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search).
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and executing complex workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration and advanced retrieval strategies.
• Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.
