Synechron is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their Data and AI Practice for a multi-year AI programme within a leading financial institution.

The role involves designing and implementing intelligent, autonomous AI systems capable of decision-making and task execution. Responsibilities include integrating machine learning models with reasoning, planning, and interaction functionalities to develop autonomous agents.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent systems based on agentic AI concepts
• Integrate machine learning models with reasoning, planning, and interaction modules
• Utilize prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures
• Develop solutions using agent libraries like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Autogen
• Apply computer vision and document processing techniques to enhance AI capabilities
• Collaborate with teams to implement scalable AI solutions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architecture
• Hands-on experience with agent libraries such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Autogen
• Skills in computer vision and document processing
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
