Job summary

Almedia in Europe is hiring its first dedicated AI Engineer in the data team to build agentic AI systems that power our rewards engine. You will own end-to-end AI design, pipelines, and evaluation, working with senior data scientists and leadership to ship real solutions.

Python is required; you’ll implement LLM pipelines, retrieval, RAG, and modern AI tooling. We value ownership, speed, high standards, and impact, with relocation to London or Berlin supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building real AI systems with Python.
• Experience delivering agentic AI components (LLM, RAG) in production.
• Ability to translate vague business problems into deployed AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own AI behind rewards engine with agentic design.
• Solve open-ended AI problems end-to-end with data teams.
• Define AI tooling patterns and governance.
• Ship end-to-end AI pipelines and evaluation systems.
