As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Utilize generative AI for data preparation, code creation, and idea validation.
• Drive end-to-end development of AI features and projects.
• Build proof-of-concepts using Deep Learning and traditional Data Science approaches.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for real-world applications.
• Work in a diverse, collaborative environment while ensuring compliance with QHSE and governance policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML algorithm development and software engineering, including tools like NoSQL, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
• Strong programming skills in C++, with familiarity in other languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in Linux environments, with experience in scripting and systems optimization.
• Proficiency in data structures, debugging, and optimizing pipelines for production.
• Proficiency with Scikit-learn and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, with experience in two or more domains:
• NLP (semantic search, sentiment analysis, translation)
• Video (object tracking, anomaly detection)
• Recommendation Systems (retrieval, ranking, ad tech)
