Role Overview

We are hiring a highly technical AI Engineer to develop advanced, production‑grade agentic systems. You will architect intelligent, multi‑modal agents capable of handling complex property‑management tasks autonomously. You must be comfortable working in an intense, fast‑paced environment, iterating quickly and taking products from prototype to production.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or Engineering from a top‑10 university (UK or global).

• 5+ years of professional Python experience delivering production software.

• 1+ year designing and shipping production‑grade agentic or multi‑agent systems.

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms.

• Familiarity with training and fine‑tuning large models, including knowledge distillation, supervised fine‑tuning and policy optimisation/RLHF.

• Solid understanding of LLM architectures, vector databases and other machine‑learning primitives.

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience building deep‑learning and transformer models in PyTorch or TensorFlow or other.

• Experience operating ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, optimisation, data pipelines).

Bonus

• Ex-Startup founder or early technical‑lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimise agents for performance, latency and cost across modalities (voice, SMS, email) to directly influence how AI benefits individuals, businesses, and our customers.
