Job summary

Oho Group is seeking an exceptional AI Engineer to join a small, highly technical team building the next generation of intelligent software in the UK. You will own end-to-end AI systems from concept to production, tackling difficult problems and delivering reliable products with strong engineers.

You’ll work on cutting-edge AI, experiment with modern techniques, and collaborate with leadership to drive impactful solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of modern machine learning.
• Experience working with language models or other modern AI techniques.
• A genuine interest in solving technically difficult problems.
• Someone highly autonomous who enjoys building rather than following a playbook.
• Work alongside an exceptionally strong technical team.
• Genuine ownership from day one.
• Solve problems that require real engineering, not just plugging in APIs.
• Work directly with technical leadership.
