Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Strategic Reporting Senior Associate, AI Enablement, to drive centralized reporting, strategic insights, and oversight for AI adoption. You will track user engagement with AI tools, measure business impact, analyze tool costs, and translate signals into executive-ready narratives.

You will build scalable data workflows, dashboards, and automation to improve accuracy and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Hands-on Python coding for data wrangling, automation and ETL-style workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Alteryx for analytics and visualization.
• Experience with Git-based version control and modern development practices.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under time pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI tool adoption and use case data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Translate signals into clear narratives, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
• Develop and maintain intuitive visualizations and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Build production-grade Python data workflows that integrate multiple data sources.
• Use Git-based version control and collaborative development practices in shared repositories.
• Design and implement automation to improve data quality, lineage, and visibility.
• Identify opportunities for reuse, scalability, and standardization across reporting processes.
• Contribute to operating model improvements and best practices for the AI community.
• Partner across stakeholders to deliver strategic reporting from concept through delivery.
