Royal London is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant to help colleagues create trusted AI agents and AI-enabled solutions. You will work across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and CoWork, guiding design, testing and handover with a strong focus on responsible AI and governance.

The role is hybrid (50% from home, 50% in the office) with locations at Alderley Park (Cheshire) or Glasgow, and requires right-to-work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents using Microsoft's citizen AI tools.
• Understanding prompting, RAG, and knowledge-source selection.
• Experience testing and evaluating AI agent behaviour; improving accuracy.
• Knowledge of APIs, connectors, authentication and enterprise integration concepts.
• Understanding information security, data protection, and governance in regulated environments.
• Consulting, facilitation and coaching skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Collaborative approach to build capability without dependency across teams.
• Ability to organise support across multiple use cases and tools.

Responsabilités

• Turn business needs into enterprise-ready AI agents and solutions.
• Co-design prompts, instructions, flows, and knowledge grounding; select appropriate patterns.
• Build creator confidence through pairing, clinics and learning materials.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for accuracy and user experience.
• Embed responsible AI, security, data protection and least-privilege access.
• Support impact assessments and production-readiness evidence across tools.
• Partner with product owners, AI System Engineering and governance teams.
• Keep guidance current as tools evolve and standards change.
• Follow records management and change-management policies.
