Job summary

Whitbread is seeking an enthusiastic AI Consultant to join the AI Enablement team. You will support delivery of the AI Enablement Plan, help governance standards, and coordinate activities across AI Portfolios and Communities.

The role involves workshops, coaching, and training to uplift AI capability throughout Whitbread. Collaborative and stakeholder-focused, the ideal candidate will drive adoption, monitor progress, and identify opportunities and risks across technology towers and business

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, innovation, or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Interest in AI technologies and helping others adopt new capabilities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, communities of practice, or engagement programmes.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset focused on delivering business value and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Whitbread's AI Enablement Plan and governance model.
• Coordinate activities across the AI Portfolio and AI Asset Register.
• Assist Digital Heroes and AI Communities; organise workshops, hackathons and training.
• Promote AI policies, best practices and governance standards across teams.
• Monitor adoption, identify opportunities and risks; ensure AI initiatives deliver business value.
