Job summary

Dräger is seeking a Requirements Engineer in the United Kingdom (Blyth area) to establish and continuously improve the requirements engineering process across product development. The role focuses on capturing customer, regulatory, business, and technical requirements, ensuring traceability, and supporting MBSE and digital engineering practices to enhance quality and efficiency.

The candidate will lead AI-assisted methods for requirement generation, review, ambiguity detection, and traceability

Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in requirements engineering within complex product development environments.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyse stakeholder, customer, business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain Product Requirements and Technical System Requirements with traceability.
• Ensure requirements are complete, clear, testable, measurable, and traceable.
• Support MBSE and digital engineering initiatives across projects.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted requirements engineering tools and processes.
• Define and maintain requirements engineering standards, templates, and best practices.
