Job summary

10 Design in London is expanding its UK Digital Design team to lead BIM coordination and AI-enabled workflows across projects. The role focuses on BIM setup, standards, BEPs, and model health, with responsibility for coordinating models from multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring information delivery under ISO 19650 principles.

You will develop automated workflows, evaluate AI tooling, and contribute to the global technology strategy. Hybrid working with a London-based studio is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, architectural technology, or a related field.
• Revit exam certification is beneficial.
• 3+ years’ experience in digital design or BIM within an architectural practice, with AI-assisted tools or data-driven methods.
• Experience coordinating models with other design disciplines and managing model health.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support BIM setup, standards, templates and BEPs.
• Coordinate architectural models across disciplines.
• Manage model health, naming conventions and data integrity.
• Contribute to CDE governance and information workflows (ACC, ProjectWise or similar).
• Identify, test and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve design delivery.
