Job summary

NiCE in the UK seeks a Lead Software Architect to own the architecture, lead AI-led design and validation in cloud-based, multi-server environments. You will set intent, orchestrate implementation, and ensure security, scalability and maintainability while enabling responsible AI use.

The role requires solid experience in C# with Visual Studio/VS Code, multi-tenant cloud solutions, and RESTful APIs. You will mentor teammates and drive architectural standards in a fast-paced, AI-enabled delivery

Qualifications

• Solid experience developing C# applications using Visual Studio/VS Code.
• Proven track record designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and daily practical use.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and lead AI-led design, implementation and validation in cloud environments.
• Make architectural decisions collaboratively and oversee delivery.
• Ensure security, scalability, compatibility and maintainability.
• Mentor the team in architecture practices and AI-led delivery.
