Job summary

Jaywing is seeking a driven SEO Manager to lead comprehensive search strategies, covering technical, on-page and content optimization while advancing AI-enabled discovery for clients in a fast-moving agency environment.

You will shape quarterly and yearly objectives, collaborate with content, PR and social teams, and steer cross-channel proposals with senior client teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in organic search growth for clients.
• Experience with AI-powered search optimisation and VOICE/AI platforms.
• Ability to plan quarterly and annual objectives based on business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build client SEO strategies covering on-site, technical and content actions.
• Lead GEO visibility strategy across AI-generated search results.
• Analyse and report SEO performance with monthly strategy updates.
• Present results to clients in meetings and build long-term relationships.
• Integrate SEO with Organic Media including content, PR and social.
• Manage budgets and create monthly/quarterly activity plans.
• Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency in research, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate to improve the agency’s Organic Media offering across channels.
