Job summary

VUBO is building an AI-first customer acquisition agency and seeks an experienced SEO & Organic Growth Manager to steer organic growth across its high-authority sites. You will own SEO strategy, content planning, and the AI workflows that power research, briefing and publishing, working with the founder and a small editorial/dev team.

Initial focus on Merchant Savvy, setting a plan, creating AI-powered processes, and delivering measurable revenue through qualified leads and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven record of growing leads, sales or revenue through SEO in competitive markets.
• Deep practical knowledge of content strategy, on-page SEO, internal linking, technical fundamentals and link acquisition.
• Experience taking content from initial research through publication and measuring its performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy and content planning for Merchant Savvy and outros sites to drive commercial growth.
• Manage content creation end-to-end with writers, editor and developers, ensuring accuracy, usefulness and commercial relevance.
• Develop data-led content and data visualisations, advancing link magnets and editorial links.
