Job summary

TetraScience, Cambridge-based, seeks a product-minded technologist to drive scientific AI solutions for biopharma data challenges. You will design data models, build Python-based parsers, and integrate with ELN/LIMS systems while collaborating with scientists and engineers.

You will travel up to 25% to engage with customers, prototype solutions, and demo progress, accelerating adoption and delivering measurable scientific outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD with +4 years of industry experience in life sciences focusing on drug discovery, preclinical development, or related areas.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing productized AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with scientists, product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical team member in industrializing Scientific AI, engaging with customers onsite up to 25% travel.
• Design and implement extensible data models that capture scientific data for scalable use cases.
• Translate scientific workflows into robust solutions using the Tetra Data Platform.
• Prototype, demo, and deploy models (ML/AI, mechanistic, statistical, hybrid) and integrate with lab software via APIs.
• Rapidly learn new technologies to support customer-focused outcomes.
