Job summary

Dexory seeks a fleet performance engineer to define fleet health, monitor telemetry, and set alert rules for a growing warehouse robotics fleet. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to turn data into fixes and improvements.

The role combines hands-on reliability engineering with leadership, coaching a small team, and staying close to the data. Familiarity with ROS, Python, SQL, Linux, and observability tools will help you triage issues and improve system stability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on reliability/operational engineering experience.
• Comfort with observability tools and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL/Python and Linux in robot/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Define fleet health and performance metrics for the robot fleet.
• Monitor telemetry and logs, catch problems early, and tune alert rules.
• Track configuration drift and drive fixes with engineering teams.
• Hire and coach a small team while staying close to data & robots.
