J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate/ VP in Quantitative Trading & Research (QTR) in London to tackle technically complex business problems with ML, AI, and data analytics.

You will collaborate with business leads, build scalable data architectures, and drive end-to-end projects from concept to production. You will apply quantitative methods to optimize decisions and revenue, develop tools for automated processes, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field such as Physics, Mathematics, CS or Engineering.
• Robust understanding of Machine Learning, Statistics, and Mathematics and their applications.
• Experience solving real-world data science problems end-to-end using Python.

Responsabilités

• Work with business leads to develop AI/ML analytics and automation.
• Build scalable data architecture to handle large transaction data volumes.
• Automate manual processes and build tools to optimize decision making and deposits.
• Develop sequential decision tools to optimize net interest income under constraints.
• Drive projects end-to-end from brainstorming to production.
• Present commercial findings to stakeholders and communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with Quantitative Research, CIB Treasury, CIO, and CDAO to advance data strategy.
