Job summary

WTW is expanding its Product team to own a domain from ambiguous problems to shipped, adopted outcomes. Expect to work closely with brokers, claims handlers and operations with AI-powered prototyping and light documentation.

You will connect with squads, shared capabilities and end-to-end solutions, shaping priorities with evidence and stakeholder input. As a Product Manager, you will prioritise, learn fast, and balance strategic intent with delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record taking a product area from problem to shipped outcome.
• Strong discovery craft: frame problems, research with users, test assumptions.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and evaluating them.
• Experience in insurance/broking or regulated finance is a plus.
• Experience in a global organisation and collaboration across regions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmaps, aligning squads and stakeholders.
• Frame problems, set success criteria, and surface gaps early.
• Collaborate with brokers, claims handlers and ops to shape software.
• Ship iteratively with AI tooling, evaluating outcomes and learning.
• Partner with design and engineering from sketch to release.
