Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Designer in our Customer pillar to shape UX across apps and websites used by customers worldwide. You will work with a cross-functional team and leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and delivery of engaging experiences.

You will contribute to the full product lifecycle, create flows and prototypes, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and UX researchers to synthesize insights and validate designs at speed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering UX & UI as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android) or responsive web.
• Proficient in Figma and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create flows, journeys, wireframes, and hi-/lo-fi prototypes to explore interactions.
• Develop pixel-perfect UI and comprehensive design documentation across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Support usability studies with UX researchers and synthesize insights using AI tools where appropriate.
• Present work to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
