Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is expanding its Product Design team in the Customer pillar. The role focuses on delivering delightful, AI-enabled user experiences for our apps and websites used to order food globally.

You will join a large, cross-functional UX team and collaborate with researchers, writers and engineers to translate insights into pixel-perfect UI. You will drive rapid exploration, create hi- and lo-fi prototypes, and advocate design systems and usability across mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product design role delivering UX&D work as part of a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering user experiences across mobile app platforms or responsive web.
• Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, color) and high-fidelity prototyping skills (Figma, Axure) with experience using design systems.
• AI curiosity and practice: integrating AI tools into design workflow to speed up exploration and prototyping.
• Familiarity with collaborative design processes, including workshop facilitation and design sprints.
• Good business awareness with the ability to articulate design decisions to PMs, engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design for the customer apps and websites at Just Eat Takeaway.com to improve the order experience.
• Work within a cross-functional team to turn research into usable UI and interactions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate visual exploration, prototyping and delivery.
• Conduct usability studies and synthesize insights to refine solutions.
• Present work to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
