Job summary

Intact Insurance in the UK seeks a Product Designer to design and optimise innovative, user‑centred solutions for products and services across multiple brands, delivering value to customers while upholding our design system and best practices.

You will create end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes and high‑fidelity designs, design AI‑enabled experiences, define a robust design process, and collaborate with product, engineering and research teams to ensure measurable impact and trustworthy AI

Qualifications

• Experience in product/platform design environments.
• Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and rapid prototyping/user testing tools such as Axure and Usertestint.com.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end, user-centred product designs, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs, across multiple digital products and services.
• Design intuitive AI-enabled experiences and workflows, ensuring AI capabilities are integrated in ways that are transparent, trustworthy and enhance user decision-making.
• Define and continuously improve a robust product design process that delivers measurable value for Intact, our partners and our customers.
