Lancashire Constabulary seeks an experienced Payables and Receivables Manager to lead our AP and AR function at Hutton Headquarters. You will develop the team, strengthen financial controls and drive measurable process improvements to support frontline policing in Lancashire.

This role also supports our AI‑driven transformation of invoice processing, enabling smarter and more efficient ways of working. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large organisations and a strong grasp

Formación

• Fully qualified AAT or equivalent
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
• Strong background in performance management and leading a team in a large high-volume organisation
• Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable in a large organisation
• Competent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
• Experience designing spreadsheets with pivot tables and lookup formulas
• Experience communicating across a wide spectrum of people internally and externally
