Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in protein molecular modelling and docking.
• Experience with machine learning methods for computational biology.
• Software development in Python.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the computational component of the project through protein structure modelling, molecular docking and analysis of protein–ligand interactions.
• Integrate results with receptor-interaction data generated by experimental collaborators to develop AI methods for predicting chemical binding and species sensitivity.
• Collaborate with the University of Southampton team and contribute to interdisciplinary research in biology and toxicology.
