Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling.
• 3+ years leading planning or scheduling teams required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like M1 or SAP strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production balancing demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Lead and develop the Planning team for efficiency.
