RELX Group's LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a legally qualified Legal Engineer to bridge law, technology and AI, helping law firms and in-house teams transform how legal work is delivered through AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead workflow discovery sessions, design and deploy AI-enabled workflows, and drive adoption with senior stakeholders while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and risk management.

Formación

Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE.
Experience with complex legal workflows across transactional and/or contentious practice areas.
Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Genuine interest in legal technology and AI-driven workflow transformation.

Responsabilidades

Lead workflow discovery sessions with customers to map legal processes and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled workflows aligned with client objectives.
Deliver onboarding and adoption sessions for different user groups and practice areas.
Collaborate with Customer Success to embed workflows and drive adoption.
Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and value.
Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and Development teams.
Share best practices across customers and internal teams.
