Job summary

A leading green technology company based in Greater London is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage IT asset lifecycle, develop AI applications, and support data analysis. Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, including IT asset lifecycle management, infrastructure, and IT Helpdesk.
Proven experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS.
A strong interest in AI/LLMs. Practical experience with Dify or building RAG applications is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the IT asset lifecycle, establishing and optimizing processes.
Develop, integrate, and deploy AI applications to solve high-value business problems.
Utilize Power BI to build and maintain key business dashboards.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT support for European employees.
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot office networking infrastructure.
