Job summary
CFA Institute is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in London to lead AI-powered product strategy within the Research & Sustainability team. You will work with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts and engineers to shape future investment decision workflows using generative AI and analytics.
You will define requirements, drive roadmaps, and deliver scalable data platforms while ensuring regulatory alignment and global adoption across investment teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience delivering technology, product or transformation initiatives in Investment Management.
- Proven experience owning front-office tech, digital or AI-enabled solutions from discovery to implementation.
- Strong understanding of research, sustainability, and portfolio management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap and prioritisation of AI-powered products and capabilities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve investment decision‑making and research productivity.
- Lead the transformation of research and sustainability workflows through Generative AI, agentic workflows and advanced analytics.
- Define and prioritise product requirements, success metrics and business outcomes.
