Job summary

Darwin, an innovative Insurtech backed by Aviva, invites applications for a Digital Product Owner. You will own Darwin's digital journeys across the website, quote and buy experience and customer portal, using data and experimentation to identify opportunities and drive growth.

You will collaborate with technology, pricing, underwriting and product teams to balance customer value, commercial benefit and regulatory requirements, shaping the future of digital insurance experiences in the UK.

Qualifications

Experience managing digital products, websites or customer journeys, ideally in a regulated environment.
Strong analytical skills using data/insight tools to support decision making; experience with UX tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

Own and develop Darwin's digital journeys (website, quotes, buy experience and customer portal).
Use data, customer insight and experimentation to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Collaborate with technology, pricing, underwriting and product teams to balance customer value, commercial benefits and regulatory requirements.
