Qualifications

• Minimum degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of game design experience with shipped title(s).
• Experience architecting AI workflows in game pipelines.
• Experience leading R&D or experimental design projects.
• Experience with UI/UX systems focused on accessibility and cognitive load.

Responsibilities

• Inspire others with strong creative that meets the constraints of a brief.
• Build, playtest, and iterate on interactive proofs-of-concept, leveraging traditional engines and generative AI systems.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers to find creative solutions and achieve goals.
• Lead design workshops to uncover novel AI applications across genres.
• Translate AI capabilities into elegant game mechanics and player loops.
