Re:Co is seeking a software engineer to join its technology team in the UK. You will design and build AI software products used by leading private equity funds, reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating with domain experts across the company.

You will shape the products, distill domain problems into clear concepts, and deliver robust implementations. Expect autonomy, boundary-spanning collaboration, and a chance to become a domain expert while wearing many hats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience coding AI products that integrate LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI software products used by top private equity funds.
• Work closely with CTO and domain experts to define and shape products.
• Transform domain problems into clean concepts and robust implementations.
• Wear multiple hats: design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Become a domain expert and partner with stakeholders to decide what to build.
