Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Planning Forecaster to analyze and build short and long-term forecasts across our service operations in the UK and international markets.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Strategy and ML teams to drive performance through accurate forecast projections and service level optimisation. You will use your forecasting expertise to produce actionable insights, apply AI-driven analytics, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Forecasting experience is essential.
• Knowledge of cross-functional planning practices.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong business analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI to leverage data insights.
• Proven in leading or supporting project initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause and trend analysis to identify opportunities.
• Produce accurate volume projections from long-term to interval scheduling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Strategy and ML teams.
• Leverage generative AI to enhance analytical insights.
• Support project workstreams with guidance to senior leadership.
• Demonstrate leadership and process improvement capabilities.
• Adapt to ad hoc duties as required.
