Job summary

Scale is hiring a Staff/Senior Product Designer to lead product design for Scale’s AI for Enterprise Data unit. You will own end-to-end design across a suite of products including AI tools for insurance data, document processing, and more.

Lead design from 0–1 initiatives to improving established products, shaping the design system, and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will design dashboards and data visualizations, advocate for user needs, and navigate fast-paced timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications (0–1 projects to mature products).
• Exceptional proficiency in Figma, fast iteration and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualization, domain editors, and forms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for desktop web apps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists and Operations to solve product and business problems.
• Advocate for the voice of the user as a founding designer of the business unit.
