You will sit with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into practical technical specifications for delivery teams, ensuring solutions meet real-world needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on exposure to AI projects, AI use cases, intelligent agents, Copilot or automation.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes with business stakeholders and identify AI opportunities.
• Gather, analyze and document functional requirements.
• Map current and future-state business processes.
• Translate business needs into specifications for technical teams.
