Qualifications

• Analyze and improve internal delivery workflows for client websites, microsites, and digital brand assets.
• Implement best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Research, analyse and implement up-to-date AI and tech capabilities into projects.
• Strong organisation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Automate day-to-day workflows (e.g., Excel/VBA) to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Define and document functional requirements, delivery standards and handover processes for internal teams and external developers.
• Build and maintain reporting routines and dashboards to track project progress, resourcing, risks and delivery performance.
• Consolidate and analyse project data to produce repeatable internal reporting.
• Identify repetitive tasks and introduce automation to improve turnaround time and reliability.
• Coordinate with strategists, designers and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and clear handovers.
