Job summary

Langley James HR & IT Recruitment is seeking a Business Analyst (Technical) to join the IT team at its South East London head office. You will link business needs to technology, turning requirements into delivery and user adoption.

You will lead the business side of a CRM migration with a fixed cut-off next year and drive AI adoption across the business, while working in a hybrid setup with 50% office presence.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience on applications or software development projects.
• Strong ability to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from front line to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes and identify improvements or automation opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements (functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, IT team and external suppliers.
• Prioritise and manage the development backlog with IT leadership.
• Lead change management and user acceptance testing for CRM migration.
• Support AI adoption initiatives across the business.
