Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of construction bids and tender submissions.
• Gathering relevant information from internal teams and organising it effectively.
• Using a new AI programme to input relevant information and assist with creating and structuring bid responses.
• Reviewing and refining AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
• Collating information and documentation required for individual tenders.
• Ensuring all required information is included within submissions.
• Managing bid deadlines and maintaining an organised workflow.
• Proofreading documents and checking for accuracy, grammar and consistency.
• Maintaining bid templates, company information and supporting documentation.
• Liaising with colleagues across the business to obtain the information required for each tender.
• Keeping accurate electronic records and filing systems.
• Supporting the continual improvement of the company's bid and tender processes.
