Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to transform governed enterprise data into insights. You will create trusted data sources, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders across the organization and evolve the BI practice toward AI-driven decision intelligence using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and cloud platforms.

Your role includes building analytical datasets, semantic models, and ontologies to enable self-service analytics and AI use cases, while ensuring data quality,

Qualifications

• Identify and translate business needs into data requests.
• Design and implement trusted data sources and semantic models.
• Support AI-enabled insights and explainable analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and auditable outputs.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and transform data from policy systems, claims databases, and market research.
• Build curated analytical datasets and data products for enterprise reporting and AI consumption.
