Job summary

evoke is seeking an Art Director to lead campaign visuals and oversee the production of assets across TV, digital, social and retail channels. You will shape the look, feel and execution of campaigns for major brands and drive high-impact, scalable outputs using AI tools.

This is a hands-on role blending craft with cutting-edge AI, where you’ll guide designers, motion artists and production teams to ensure brand consistency and production readiness across platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across visual design, video and motion.
• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior/Lead Designer, Motion Designer or similar with multi-disciplinary skills across design, video, motion and storytelling.
• Expertise in visual craft and systems, including typography, layout, design systems and motion, delivering production-ready assets.
• Experience using (or strong interest in) AI-driven creative tools and collaborating in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign concepts into compelling visual, motion and video executions across multiple channels.
• Develop and define campaign visual identities, including design systems, typography, colour and motion language.
• Create master hero assets that establish the creative foundation for all outputs.
• Produce multi-format assets including storyboards, visual treatments, and video content.
• Use AI tools to support concept development and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads to refine ideas and provide visual guidance to teams.
• Ensure all assets are high-quality, on-brand and production-ready.
• Support the wider studio by creating scalable assets across channels and markets.
