Position Overview:

This opportunity in the Demand Planning team is a strategic role aimed at enhancing the digital maturity of the global Demand Planning function. It involves supporting the global Advanced Planning System (SAP IBP) and leading innovation initiatives using AI, analytics, and automation to improve forecasting and decision-making processes.

The role acts as a bridge between technology, planning teams, and stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial), driving continuous improvement and strategic use of digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Global SAP IBP Process Stewardship: Own the SAP IBP roadmap, collaborate on enhancements, and ensure processes evolve with business needs.
• Technology Enablement & AI Integration: Lead evaluation and implementation of advanced planning tech, develop proofs of concept, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to align processes and drive integration of forecasting tools.
• Data & Insights Governance: Oversee data architecture, business rules, and collaborate with Data Science teams to improve data quality.
• Training, Adoption & Change Management: Lead training, documentation, and manage adoption strategies for new tools and capabilities.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• BS degree required.
• Experience in supply chain/demand planning tech roles is desirable.
• Exposure to planning tools, data science, and AI tools is essential.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP IBP (functional), analytics, AI/ML applications.
• Ability to envision roadmap evolutions and link tech to business goals.
• Strong analytical, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proactive in seeking and scaling digital solutions.
• Lifelong learner with curiosity about tech trends.
