Job summary

Auquan is hiring an AI Deployment Strategist focused on Sustainability to build new products directly from real client problems. You will work with senior sustainability stakeholders at top financial institutions, identify high-value workflows, rapidly turn them into MVP AI-powered products, and drive adoption with measurable outcomes.

This role is embedded with clients as a 0 1 product builder, responsible for turning ambiguous workflows into deployed AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and outcomes for your clients, and help define best practices, quality standards, and product direction.
• Own a portfolio of enterprise financial clients and become their go-to partner.
• Run deep discovery: sit inside workflows, shadow analysts, join working sessions.
• Understand and map workflows end-to-end (e.g. credit reviews, investment research, portfolio monitoring).
• Translate messy, ambiguous processes into structured, multi-step AI workflows.
• Rapidly build MVPs and prototypes; iterate directly with users.
• Work in lockstep with Product Engineers to ship usable capabilities weekly.
• Design evaluation logic, edge cases, and correctness criteria.
• Drive adoption: ensuring clients can independently use what you build.
• Measure success via real KPI movement and usage.
• Manage multi-threaded client engagements (business, security, procurement).
• Expand usage: identifying new use cases, teams, and opportunities.
• Convert workflows into reusable product components and feeding product direction.
• Work closely with vertical leads to align on what "good" looks like, while maintaining ownership of execution and client outcomes.

The Role

We’re hiring AI Deployment Strategist with a focus on Sustainability to build new products directly from real client problems.

This is not a traditional solutions or implementation role.

You will:

• Work directly with senior sustainability stakeholders at top financial institutions
• Identify high-value, unsolved workflows
• Rapidly turn those into MVP AI-powered products
• Drive those products to real usage and measurable outcomes

You are a 0 1 product builder embedded in the customer environment, responsible for turning ambiguous workflows into real, deployed AI products.

Requirements

You will operate as part of a small Pod, embedded directly with clients and responsible for end-to-end outcomes. You will own delivery and outcomes for your clients, and help define best practices, quality standards, and product direction.

In practice, this means:
