Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking an AI Delivery Method Lead to set and refine the end-to-end AI delivery approach, ensuring rapid and responsible production deployment. You will coach cross-functional teams, identify bottlenecks, and embed risk and governance into engineering practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building and deploying AI in production, especially in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI architectures, retrieval, agents, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, testing, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Aviva’s end-to-end AI delivery method from discovery to release and improvement.
• Ensure the method is fast and responsible for production scale.
• Coach AI, engineering, data and product teams to adopt the delivery method.
• Identify dependencies and bottlenecks and remove them.
• Embed responsible AI, privacy, cyber, model risk into engineering delivery.
• Build a delivery community sharing evidence and lessons from live use cases.
