Job summary

Deloitte’s AI Delivery Lead role sits within the Business Technology group, working across AI-enabled programmes in the UK. You will provide structure, governance and leadership across delivery teams, ensuring progress is visible, risks are managed and outcomes achieved.

You will lead multidisciplinary squads, build relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, and shape delivery processes using AI-assisted tools to improve governance and delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience working as a delivery lead or scrum master in software engineering teams.
• Product development experience as part of a multidisciplinary product engineering team.
• Track record of co-developing and improving delivery processes with a business team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Demonstrable track record of leading technology delivery within complex business environments.
• Experience of Product and/or Professional Services organisations.
• Working understanding of AI powered product development and leveraging new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary workstreams and delivery squads across AI transformation and software engineering programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with diverse teams, stakeholders and programme sponsors.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Shape delivery processes and controls to deliver business outcomes.
• Produce high-quality progress reporting and artifacts to speed up decision making and communication.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery and reporting tools to improve productivity, governance and stakeholder engagement.
