Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join the ProServe Data & AI practice. You will design, implement and manage AWS‑based AI solutions for enterprise customers, driving success from discovery through deployment and handover.

You will work hands-on across discovery, scoping, evaluation, deployment and production support, applying AI/ML, GenAI and agentic workflows to solve complex business problems while ensuring security and governance.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, ML and serverless technologies.
• Experience and technical expertise in cloud computing technologies.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases and business objectives into well-scoped AI solutions with measurable success criteria and delivery plans.
• Design and implement production AI solutions on AWS, including application, data, integration, security, and operations.
• Develop and test software using programming languages, APIs, data pipelines, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices.
• Evaluate AI approaches such as ML, foundation models, retrieval, model adaptation, tools, or agentic workflows.
• Establish evaluation and responsible AI controls covering quality, safety, privacy, security, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Diagnose issues across models, apps, data, and infrastructure and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer and partner teams to integrate solutions into workflows and complete documentation and handover.
• Contribute reusable assets and lessons to the Data & AI practice.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field
