Job summary

CPM is seeking an AI Delivery Specialist to turn business opportunities into practical, scalable AI solutions. The role covers the full AI delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment and adoption support.

Hybrid work is available with a minimum of 3 days in the office. You will work with stakeholders across CPM to design, build and optimise AI agents, automations and knowledge bases using Copilot, 365 and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, testing and deploying AI solutions or workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and problem solving in AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI agents, automations, workflows and other AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Gather requirements, support workshops and demonstrate solutions.
• Coordinate solution testing with users before deployment.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge bases and guidance.
• Improve existing AI solutions to increase value and adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
• Identify and elevate governance and security risks.
• Keep up with emerging AI capabilities and opportunities.
